30 Millionth avast! Home Edition User Registered
Prague - 11th May 2007: For Immediate Release: ALWIL Software a.s. is extremely proud to announce another milestone in the number of avast®! antivirus Home Edition registrations has been reached with the registration, today, of the 30 millionth (30,000,000) user.
The very first avast®! antivirus Home Edition user registered was on the 26th January 2002, and the 20 millionth user registered on the 30th October 2006, shortly followed by the 25th millionth users registering on 9th February 2007.
Eduard Kucera, Chairman and CEO of ALWIL Software a.s., comments: "We are extremely pleased and proud of this milestone achievement, which comes along quite quickly after the last milestone."
