Q: When I start Microsoft Outlook, a message window pops up stating that "avoutext.dll cannot be loaded/started". What should I do?
A:
- Close MS Outlook.
- Delete avast32 item in
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Exchange\Client\Extensions registry via REGEDIT.EXE
- Search for and delete all extend.dat files from your hard disk (the file may be hidden).
