How we interview and select candidates reflects our culture. Here’s what you can expect.

Get the ball rolling.

A 15-30 minute chat with one of our recruiters who will ask you about your past experiences, why you're interested in joining Gen, give you an overview of our culture and answer any questions you have at this stage.

Dive deeper with our team.

Two or three interviews to see how well you work with others and tackle challenges. Whether it’s a technical or non-technical role, we may ask you to complete a task before or during the interview to show your skills.

Let’s seal the deal.

Our recruiter will reach out to you to discuss an offer, how to accept it and the related benefits package.
