Program criteria

  • Your institution must be located in the United States, American Samoa, Guam, Marianas, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands
  • Your institution must be a library, school, university, or an educational provider registered under 501(c) of the IRS Publication 557 - Organization Reference Chart section
  • Your institution has between 5 and 30,000 endpoint devices (laptops and desktops) with Microsoft Windows OS
