Download Updates

Most our programs can download and install updates from within the program interface. If you are connected to the Internet, virus database updates are downloaded and installed automatically without any user action. The presence of a new version on our servers is checked when the Internet connection is established, and every four hours afterwards. Please download update files from these pages only if you really need them (e.g. your computer does not have any Internet connection).

If you have any technical problem with our products, you can either contact our technical support or use our new discussion forum.
