Basic view of the avast! WHS Console add-in. The program gives you the ability to manage all avast! installations on your home network.

On each of the machines running avast! Professional Edition, the user can easily configure scheduled scans.

It is also very easy to later review the results of the WHS-initiated scans by using the "Scan History" command.

Each machine can also be configured to send notifications in case some important events take place. These notifications are displayed on all active machines on the home network.

If a machine gets to an unhealthy state (virus definitions out of date, realtime shields turned off etc.) the program gives you a visual alert, indicating that something is wrong.

You can then remedy the situation by right-clicking the machine in question and choosing the appropriate command from the context menu.
