How to disable Automatic Renewal service for Avast orders distributed by NEXWAY

Automatic Renewal service saves your time and effort by automatically renewing your subscription for your current Avast product. If you decide to cancel the renewal service to prevent future automatic billing and renewal, you can use the self-service order portal for NEXWAY orders. Please be advised that cancelling the renewal service requires you to manually renew your subscription to avoid a lapse in Avast protection against the latest viruses and other PC threats.

This article applies to Avast orders distributed by NEXWAY. For Avast orders distributed by DIGITAL RIVER please read the following article:

If you want to disable Automatic Renewal service for your Avast order with invoice issued by NEXWAY, please proceed as follows:

  1. Check your original order confirmation email for the link to cancel automatic renewal. You are directed to the appropriate order portal.
    If you cannot find the link in your email, please select your region below to visit the correct portal:
    USA | UK | Canada | EU | Brazil

    You will need the login information provided in your order confirmation email.
  2. Fill in your credentials consisting of your email address (as entered when you made the purchase) and the password found in your original order confirmation from NEXWAY after your Avast purchase, and click Sign in below.
    If you cannot find your order confirmation email, but the email address used for your order is still valid, you can use the Forgot your password? link below the password field.
  3. This will take you to an Overview page with several options. Click the Change Auto-Renewal settings button above the list of your current subscriptions.
  4. In the lower section of the Payment and Billing Details page, select Disabled below Automatic Renewal.
  5. Then click Disable automatic renewal to confirm that you want to stop automatic billing.
  6. An email is sent to confirm that the Auto-Renewal Feature Has Been Stopped for the selected product. You can also see in the customer portal that the subscription status is Suspended, and when you click Details the Auto-renewal section will indicate Disabled.

The renewal option is managed separately for each order. If you have more than one Avast order with Ongoing status in the table list on your Overview page, you'll need to repeat this procedure from step (4) in order to stop automatic billing for each order.

If your order is not found, please ensure that you are entering the e-mail address used for the original order. Also check that the order confirmation e-mail you received after purchase was issued by NEXWAY. For Avast orders distributed by DIGITAL RIVER please read the following article:
