To contact Avast Support, you will need to create an Avast Account or login to an existing account.

Submitting a ticket

  1. Go to and login to your Avast Account.
  2. Select a category.
  3. Enter the required information and your message. Click Submit.
  4. A confirmation appears. A confirmation e-mail is also sent with the details of your ticket.

We will notify you when an Avast Support team member has replied.

In most cases an Avast Support team member will reply within 24 hours. However, response times can vary depending on the language and category of your issue.

When contacting us, please provide us with details necessary to identify your account history and diagnose your issue:

  • Details related to your issue

Sales or Orders issues

  • Your valid e-mail address
  • Order number (sent by e-mail after your purchase)
